Who Is It For? This 1 day online course is suitable for anyone aged 16 and over who wants to increase their awareness of mental health and build confidence in supporting others. It is particularly valuable for individuals who want to promote positive mental health, challenge stigma and contribute to creating supportive environments — whether in the workplace or wider community. Everyone who completes the course gets: A certificate of attendance to say you are an MHFA Champion A manual to refer to whenever you need it A quick reference card for the Mental Health First Aid action plan A workbook including a helpful toolkit to support your own mental health
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing to train with us. The following terms apply to all course bookings made with [Organisation Name]. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms. 1. Booking Confirmation Your place on a course is confirmed once full payment has been received or a valid purchase order has been accepted in writing. You will receive written confirmation and joining details prior to the course. 2. Payment Terms Unless agreed otherwise in writing, full payment must be received before the course start date. For invoiced bookings, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or withhold certification until payment has been made. 3. Transfers If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer to a future course date. Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before the course start date and are subject to availability. Requests made within 14 days of the course may incur an administration fee. Unless otherwise agreed, one transfer per booking is permitted. 4. Cancellations All cancellations must be made in writing. More than 14 days before the course: Refund minus a small administration fee 7–14 days before the course: 50% of the course fee payable Less than 7 days before the course or non-attendance: Full course fee payable Substitute delegates may attend at no additional cost, provided we are notified at least 48 hours before the course. 5. Attendance & Certification Full attendance and participation are required to meet accreditation standards. Late arrival or early departure may result in certification not being issued. Refunds cannot be provided in these circumstances. 6. Course Changes While we make every effort to deliver courses as scheduled, we reserve the right to reschedule or change the delivery format due to unforeseen circumstances, including instructor illness or low enrolment. If this occurs, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Our liability is limited to the course fee paid. 7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
