This course is designed for individuals who want to strengthen their understanding of mental health and build confidence in supporting wellbeing at work. It is suitable for employees at all levels who wish to develop practical skills to look after their own mental health and support colleagues in a positive and informed way.

Please note: This course focuses on workplace mental health and includes discussion of sensitive topics such as suicide and self-harm. Some participants may find parts of the content challenging. Delegates are welcome to step out at any time if they feel overwhelmed.
